LCL: Lineage-aware Contrastive Learning for scRNA-seq Data

Poster presentation of LCL, a lineage-aware contrastive learning framework for single-cell RNA-seq data, at ICML 2026. This work introduces a self-supervised approach that leverages lineage barcodes to learn biologically meaningful embeddings that capture cell fate trajectories.
