LCL: Contrastive Learning for Lineage Barcoded scRNA-seq Data

We propose LCL, a contrastive deep learning framework that learns low-dimensional embeddings for single-cell RNA-seq data with lineage barcodes, facilitating the identification of cell fate-determining signatures.
